- We process your personal data to enable the Subscribers to communicate with their Objects.

- Full name, city, company name, contact phone numbers, e-mails. We also process other information provided by Subscriber’s Objects.

- We process your personal data because processing is necessary to perform a contract between Voxpow and Subscribers.
How long we store your personal data:
- We store your personal data until termination of contract.

- Automated decision making is not performed.

3. DESCRIPTION OF RIGHTS

3.1. The right to access information held about you
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and other information.
3.2. The right to rectify your personal data
You shall have the right to rectify your personal data without undue delay, if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date. After personal data rectification we will notify you.
3.3. The right to erasure (deletion or removing) your personal data
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have an obligation to erase personal data without undue delay.
If we cannot erase your personal data, we will anonymize your personal data so that it cannot be determined. After the erasure or anonymization of your personal data, we will notify you about it.
This function is available in Subscriber’s account settings.
3.4. The right to restrict (block) the processing
When processing is restricted, we will store your personal data, but not further process it, until the restrictions will be removed.
You can remove the restrictions (block) of processing at any time via request.
3.5. The right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data which you have given to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to transmit that data to another controller from the current controller, if it is technically possible.
You may exercise this right if your data is processed on the basis of your consent or a contract signed with you, and the data are processed electronically.
3.6. Right to object
You have the right at any time, on the basis of your specific position, to object to the processing of your personal data, which is necessary for:
a) for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
b) for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.
We shall no longer process the personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing of your personal data.
